The Locarnos + The Ruby Tuesdays
    www.myspace.com/thelocarnos
The Locarnos are a four piece Rock/Pop band from Bristol. The band emit a sound that has been described as a mix up the classic song-writing of Bowie with the attitude of The Strokes and the adventurousness of Bloc Party, without any of the irritating wackiness that goes with so many of today's fame-hungry ‘Indie' pop stars. Their unique, melodic style of front man Josh Brooksbank is fused with a wave of energetic guitar hooks, heart-pounding baselines and thundering drums.

A GENUINE FREAKSHOW + Support tbc
    www.myspace.com/agenuinefreakshow
A Genuine Freakshow are a 7-piece pop-infused post-rock cannonade with mass appeal. Songs born of their broad range of influences from Elbow and Radiohead to Mogwai and Explosions In The Sky are accompanied by lush orchestral arrangements and the sincere falsetto vocals of Timothy Sutcliffe. This gives the music they create a blend of classic pop with unpredictable structures and epic climaxes reminiscent of Arcade Fire, Mew, and Sigur Ros.

Since starting in 2009, this Leeds band have done full tours with Kiezer Chiefs and Franz Ferdinand drawn on personal experiences to create something unworldly unique, with the lyrics focussing on a whirlwind of misdirection and lack of focus. Brooding with a dark undercurrent and daunting rhythms Club Smiths' songs rumble quietly into epic slow-burning anthems.
